About Presenter:
Presenter: Ryan Boyd Title: Director of Service
As the Director of Service, Ryan overseas all aspects of our plumbing and HVAC service operations, including managing national accounts across Canada, leading preventative HVAC maintenance programs, and ensuring Streamline communication between our construction, capital and service departments. He also manages the plumbing and HVAC service technicians, customer service team and the Backflow and Vactor Divisions, with responsibilities that span maintenance contracts, client and field relations and quoting. With over 14 years of hands-on experience and a G1Gas Technician License, Ryan combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership. His background includes servicing and repairing gas-fired equipment as well as managing service departments ensuring every aspect of service delivery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Ryan is dedicated to maintaining strong, client relationships and ensuring seamless communication between the field team and customers.
