PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE:

On March 12th, members of Terako Industries were kind enough to prepare a presentation for our meeting on Pandemic Preparedness.

On behalf of the members of the Toronto Building Manager's And Operator's Association we are glad that you could be part of our general meeting. It was nice for all of us to participate in the presentation. This information becomes very important to all of us in our day to day work as well as our personal lives. The demonstration of proper hand washing techniques, Gels versus Sprays, masking and gloving in a pandemic situation are all a threat to our safety given a moments notice.

We need to prepare for the worse case scenario, and this meeting demonstrates our weakness and our strengths, and where we need to be involved with any pandemic planning. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Donna Wells for all her involvement and instructing us on the right methods and procedures to follow, As well as sharing her involvement with SARS and how much we all continue to learn from this serious and sad event 5 years ago.

In closing we would like to thank Mr. Robert Reeve President, Mr. Ted Michael Vice President of Operations of Terrace Industries Inc for all there involvement in our presentation and our members for all of your active participation in this meeting.

Note: If anyone requires additional information, we have extra CD of the presentation for our members.

Thank You,

Yours Truly,

Colin Jones
President
