PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE: I apologize for not being available for the May 14th meeting. There were positive comments about the meeting, and members were well informed about the cast for the Electric car. Thank you Mr. David Hunter and Mr. Ahren Aug to take the time to enlighten us on this topic. Roger Stanley of the Solar Group has been a long time supporter of the TBMOA. This will be our last general meeting before the summer recess and the topic for this month's speech is unusual. We are always looking forward with new products and services, this month we are looking back to another time and place and see how other cultures exist. This months meeting will be held @ Whistler's Grill (McNeil Room) 995 Broadview Ave., East York. Roger Stanley has been an explorer for the past 10 years from 1997. Roger has been on many journeys to the frontier towns of Guyana and has explored many of the Amerindian Indian tribal villages as well as the rainforests surrounding these villages. Roger, with the aide of many slides and original tribal artifacts, will outline the changes in the rain forest that may impact our society. John is now recovering from his surgery and is improving daily, He is now walking and starting to get around. Bill Herridge continues to call twice a week and check on his progress.
