Gerry B. Fitzsimmons P. Eng, ( gerry.fitzsimmons@vscgroup.ca ), 416 644-0171 x 303, gave a power point presentation explaining Retro-Commissioning (RCx) pertaining to our industry.

Retro-Commissioning is defined as: A commissioning process applied to a facility that has not previously been commissioned. Gerry outlined the areas where the RCx will assist the property manager and operators in reducing the operating expenses of your facility. Collect all the engineering information available on the building then plan and investigate the way the building and tenant interact. With this information the Retro-commissioner (Gerry) will be able to implement a method to improve the environment within the property.

Thank You,

Yours Truly,

Colin Jones
President
