Election night was a big success, a large sincere thank you to all of the members who turned out, and to our past president Jamie Macpherson for running the election.

MAY GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE OF VOTE FOR BYLAW CHANGES
As you may be aware, we will have a vote on making amendments to two areas of our By-laws. These changes were passed at the February executive and now require membership approval before we can adopt them.
These changes are timely, as we require new printed copies of our by-laws.
The changes put forward are as follows;
- Sec 3. (a) To include subsequent "by a board of eight directors", and active past presidents of regular membership status in good standing, "each of whom…".
Sec 3 (b) subsequent "plus three regular members of the corporation and active past presidents of regular membership status in good standing. "No director shall"
- Sec 19.(a) subsequent "The annual dues for regular members of the corporation shall be" inclusive of monthly meeting door fees "and shall be fixed…"
TBMOA is the only local association, who fosters the relationship of commercial building operators and managers to join and learning from one another in a professional, casual atmosphere on a regular basis.
