We are introducing our mentorship program later this year.  We understand that the industry will go through a dramatic transition in the next few years.  Many experienced Baby Boomers are going to start exiting the workforce.   Our industry will be in great need to fill in their roles.  Our goal is to mentor some of our key members to prepare them to fill each needed role as they become available.  We need to recruit superior professionals, develop their knowledge, skills and abilities, and prepare them for advancement or promotion into ever more challenging positions.
